Liberty seated quarter

I recently purchased this liberty seated quarter raw which i judged to grade VF, but i'm really new to seated liberty coins. could you assist me with your opinions as to its grade. the pics are not the greatest but best i could do.

It actually does look to be a choice VF, but the images are quite small and grading it more accurately is not possible. However, the coin is obviously not original and has been at least dipped and quite possibly cleaned.
