Heritage Suing Superior

This may have been posted before as it is a couple months old, but I cannot recall seeing it. Looks like Heritage is suing Superior over their lifting of coin descriptions from Heritage catalogs.

Frankly, I hope Heritage loses. Then, I hope someone sues auction companies over the rights to auction images of a coin.

The ruling will be an important one, and it will be interesting to see what transpires. I am surprised that James Jones was not required to sign a non-compete agreement to even work at Heritage, as the very essence and flavor of how things are marketed in such important sales are a critical aspect of the business.
