Does anyone collect coins for the Latin Monetary Union?

The Latin Monetary Union got its start back in 1865 to create a common currency in Europe under the leadership of France. The impetus for agreement was Switzerland's move to change its franc to .800 fine silver. France, Switerland, Italy, and Belgium accepted francs and lire from each other at par, and Switzerland's change set Grecham's Law into motion. Swiss coins of .800 fine silver displaced French, Italian, and Belgian coins for .900 fine.
