Personal Submission of Coins

Is it allowable to submit coins in person to Sarasota? I have some coins with individual values exceeding the maximum allowable insurance coverage through Registered Mail.

 

If so, how do I go about arranging such?

Thank you for your question. Only NGC Authorized Dealers may submit coins on premises. If you do not have individual coins exceeding the maximum insurable limit, you should split your high value submission onto multiple submission invoices and shipped in multiple boxes. This is the preferred method, and is used by many dealers.

 

NGC is also able to direct you to NGC Authorized Dealers in your area who have insurance arrangements to send higher value shipments.
