Reverse facing front?

Hi,

 

I am considering assembling a collection of one 1oz each of the following: Platinum, Gold, Palladium, and Silver Maple Leafs as a Canada bullion type set in an NGC multi-holder.

 

With all due respect to Queen Elizabeath II, my question is this - can NGC encapsulate the coins with the reverse (Maple Leaf) side facing front on the same side as the description and grade?
