The 18th Century Krause 3rd Ed. shows C#45a, a 5 Tornesi, 30mm copper coin for the Kingdom of Naples & Sicily, with a value of $5 VG, $9 F, $25 VF and $60 XF. The picture in Krause isn't entirely clear, but it looks like the same coin to me.

 

Of course, that's 25% larger than a quarter!
