1951-S NGc MS65 50C Stike Through Error Question

3 posts in this topic

I just got an NGC MS65 1951-S 50C that has a deep dent in the center of the bell. It is an obvious strike through error. This error is not listed on the holder. However, given the obvious nature of the error, I think it should be listed. Not listing it greatly negates the eye appeal and value because it will thus be perceived as damage or a distraction.

What should I do with the coin? Should I send it in on Apearance Review?

Dave Camire says to send it to his attention under NGC's Designation Review service.
