An interesting new 20 center for my collection

I bought this recently and am quite pleased with it. It's unusual, in my eye, because it's one of the few original attactive pieces I've come across. It has some cool color to it, and the luster is all there, and shines through quite nicely. It is graded MS64 by PCGS.

Is it a misplaced date as well? It kind of looks like there is a top loop of an 8 in the denticles.

Thanks for the comments all! Spiny, I see what you mean about the "misplaced" eight, but it is a function of the photograph, as it doesn't appear on the coin.
