Twowood Posted July 15, 2003 Share Posted July 15, 2003 I've got two Lincoln 1C coins in NGC holders that are upside down.I assume NGC will reset them without charge...correct? They're both in my Registry Set "Twowood Lincoln 1C" 1934-1958, one is a 1938D and the other is a 1943S.The more I look at them,the more out-of-place they seem to be!
