US commemoratives and so-called dollars have been issued for expos in the past. I was wondering if there are any modern-day expos or are they essentially things of the past?

Thanks! I just checked out the Wikipedia World's Fair page and found out there hasn't been one in the US in over 20 years. Next one is in Shanghai for 2010. I bet China will issue some NCLT. I wonder if anyone else will issue medals.
