I love it....I have seen a few of the BC's with that cats eye toning pattern and when I get a chance.....I am going to get me one of those

My opinion is that cat's eye toning occurs by the formation of a gap where the burlap or canvas bag has pulled further away from the coin while laying in storage. This may be visually thought of as an "air bubble" sitting directly over the untoned portion of the coin.
