Sac Question

I purchased a 2000-P Sac, raw, last year, from a big advertiser on Coin World.

The coin looked nice when I got it, but, when I sent in to ANACS for certification, it came back as "cleaned."

I was looking over a thread, across the street, about Sacs, and, I saw a picture of an "Experimental Rinse" Sac Dollar. That picture looks exactly like my coin that ANACS graded as "clean."

 

What is an "Experimental Rinse" Sac Dollar? Why were they rinsed in that manner?

Does you coin have a brown look to it? The mint experimental wash coins exhibited a dull brown tint.
