Proof Eisenhower Dollars 1971

I recently got some proof Ike's in the brown boxes.

In one of the 1971 boxes was an article stating 3 types of 1971 Eisenhower, with one being referred to as a 'Peg-Leg' Eisenhower.

I have been unable to find anything on NGC about these varieties.

Does NGC recognize varieties for 1971 proof Eisenhowers ?

Will they grade it as a variety ?
