Color can be difficult to judge in a photo, however, this coin's color certainly appears to have some problems.

 

We would be more than will to evaluate the coin to determine what if any conservation may be needed. It appears to have residues, even a grease or wax like substance in certain areas. While we can remove that, I suspect the color has be impaired by a previous cleaning or improper storage. The appearance and stability of the coin will be improved, but it may still be a problem coin due to its color.

 

To be sure, I would need to see the coin first had. Photos are simply too misleading.
