NGC graded silver reverse proofs

6 posts in this topic

I sent in 3 silver reverse proofs for NGC to grade. All came back PF69. 2 came back in the correct special 20th anniversary black label and one came back labeled 20th anniversary but in the normal brown label. Anyone else have this problem? Here is some links to the pictures:

Yes. They said it was incorrect and I could send it back to be relabeled. Kinda a pain to resend it back (package it up, send it out insured) then have to wait a few more weeks for the coin to come back. It does say 20th anniversary on it so I am happy with it. Who knows I may have the only one labeled like that! Doubt it will raise the value but like having that unique label.

Did you ask them if they ran out of Johnnie Walker Black Label, too? What about Jack Daniels Black Label? How about Carling's Black Label?
