Crossing VAM designated Morgans.

Hello, I have an 1888 P VAM11 Morgan Dollar in another TPG holder. I would like to cross this to NGC. If it meets the criteria for crossing in grade, do I also have to select the variety attribution portrion of the submission sheet?
