Slab Tampered with?

How do u know if an NGC slab is tampered with. I have a one of your graded coins and there is a white substance that seems to go around the clear boarder of the slab. Is this tampered with or was it droped or something else? Pics attached.

While I think it looks ok in the photo, I couldn't say with absolute certainty that it hasn't been tampered with, without seeing the coin first hand. You are certainly welcome to send it in to NGC or bring it to the NGC table at a coin show and someone will be happy to examine it for you.
