Submitting 20th Anniversary Eagles

I have only 1 (unopened) set of 20th Anniversary ASE for grading. According to the instructions, submitters requesting the special label must submit these coins on their own submission invoice. Given there are only three coins in the set, is the EarlyBird tier the most appropriate choice? I do have other coins to submit to bring the total over 5 for a lower price tier, but they are not 20th Anniversary ASE.

 

It seems obvious, but I am new to this and prefer to ask a few clarifying questions.

You can submit this set under Modern Tier. Processing speed is improved when coins receiving a special label are on a single invoice, so we will waive the five coin minimum for Modern Tier for a single set of 20th Anniversary Eagles.
