submitting a bought coin for registry

I'm having trouble getting program to accept that a nickel I gought 1 yr ago (it's NGC NUMBER) belongs to me ,as a message (only) pops up and says " you may only enter coins you own"---Well I do own it, can't another option exist to check with previous owner,etc, before disallowing all my entries because of this one coin ?

How do we fix this easily?

PM Dena with the serial number - SHe will handle the transfer.

Who ever you bought it from never removed it from there regisrty set
