I can't upgrade my set ?!?!

I am trying to add just one coin but for some reason I have to redesignate about half my coins MS or PF etc.

 

This in itself is a pain as I have to consult a spreadsheet in order to see which coin is which.

 

However when I go to designate one of my coins the white bar appears ( in which is writen MS, PF etc ) but there is no text in the bar ??

 

What happens now ?

I just checked my ZAR signature Registry Set and there is some detail describing the coin. However half of the detail/description is missing.

Please do not panic, I had the same trouble and have reported this to the proper authorities. Help is on the way.

 

Don’t forget that this is a week end and the staff and moderators may be partying

 

Seriously, all I done was clicked on the Request Support link and sent a message.
