Ultra Cameo is a designation used by NGC to describe a proof coin will fully frosted devises. While many believe the terms “Ultra Cameo” and “Deep Cameo” to by synonymous, and in many cases it can be, the designation “Ultra Cameo” may be stricter since NGC determines it by the fully frosted cameo devises not other factors.
