PF70* UC and PF69* UC?

Hi!

 

While perusing the Registry today, I noticed a set ("True Wonders to Behold!") in the Silver Eagles 1986-Date, Proofs category that holds PF70* UC and PF69* UC examples. Are you now awarding the star designation to PF70 UC and PF69 UC coins? They aren't showing up in the corresponding population reports, but the point awards reflect the star designation bonus. The 70 example is most confusing, as the category doesn't even show in either the population report or point assignment tables.
