I've posted only two questions ever, and neither one even showed up.

I have posted many and never had them show up. I was told that it was because the questions were addressed previously, but when I did a search I could not find anything close.

Well, it's probably because all of the moderator's time is spent policing the rest of the boards, like the water cooler.

I have no idea what other jobs the moderators have or what their responsibilities are, I just assume they are too busy to deal with all this stuff. That doesn't make it less frustrating to me, but I guess that must be the case.

I asked a question once that hadn't been answered before but it didn't show up. That's why I ignore that forum these days.

I got an answer in 10 days from Ask PMG.

A phone call gave me the answer in 30 seconds.

This is not a slam of any sort.

It just seems that any board here or somewhere else is not really good at quick answers, and I can understand that.

The message must get to just the right person to get the correct answer the first time around and that takes time.
