First time using NGC service - have easy question?

I have my invoice and all the forms and coins etc. ready to ship, but not 100% sure where to ship them to??? The only address I see is at the top of the submission form where it says:

 

Send form to:

 

P.O. Box 4776

Sarasota, FL. 34230

 

 

I assume they mean the coins as well?

Always send your coins and forms together to the same address.

The address you have posted is where I sent my last submission.

It wasn’t a stupid question and if you are using a coupon don’t forget to include it with your invoices.
