Signature Set Comments Regarding "NCS" Coin entries

I'm trying to enter a NCS coin into my signature set.

I have several problems:

1) The "Grade" field does not have proper description available (ie. AU or EF Details)

2) The"Proof" field does not have a proper designation (MS, PF,PL,SP)

3) Where do you note problem (ie. improperly cleaned)

I would suggest that you expand the two fields denoted above or add an addtional field to cover NCS grades.
