Straight from NGC to NCS

Am I able to submit a coin to NGC and if it is determined to be "No Grade" have it sent directly to NCS for conservation and slabbing without sending it back to home first.

This would save time and postage cost.

This service option is already available through NCS.

 

Submit your coins for grading on an NCS submission form, checking the DO NOT CONSERVE option (in box 5), and the NGC Grading / NCS Authentication & Details Grading option (in box 6). All problem-free coins will automatically be transferred to NGC for grading, and all coins will be returned to you in one shipment.

To submit to NCS, do we need a new account number or can we submit under the NGC account number?

As a paid Collectors' Society member, you will already be established as a submitter to NCS. If you need NCS submission forms, contact NCS Customer Service.

 

Members of the American Numismatic Association will need to fill out a quick NCS Account Application which can be received by contacting NCS Customer Serivce.
