Reholder / 5 Singles to One Multi

How much would it cost to reholder 5 coins 1956 NGC PF 67 PROOF SET in separates NGC's into a multi holder AND would it possible to do a designation review at the same time as some of these should be cameo.

Two separate questions here, each taken in turn.

 

To have your coins reholdered from single to Multi-Coin Holder (or from Multi to single) is $5 per coin. For your 1956 Proof Set, the price would be $25.

 

If you would like to submit all 5 coins for Designation Review, the price will be $10 per coin, or $50 for the set. There is no additional charge for the reholder in conjuction with the Designation Review service, and you can request that your coins be placed in a Multi-Coin Holder following the review. For clarity, for $50 you can get both Designation Review and Multi-Coin Reholder.
