WTB Packaging only for 1999 clad proof set

Anyone out there have the holders and box for a 1999 clad proof set? I've got a beat up box and a cracked cent-nickel-dime-half holder for which I'd like to swap out the shell. The one I buy needs to be in pristine shape. I'm willing to pay a total (includes S&H) of $4.38 by paypal or $4.00 by check for the holder and outer box if it's in great shape. A bubble mailer and postage shouldn't run over $2. You might as well make a few bucks since you're not using it anyway!
