no price from cert. # look up on morgans w/ variety attribution

When you check the NGC Collectors Society certification number look up, how come morgans graded with no variety attribution display with a NumisMedia price and morgans graded with variety attribution display no price......e.g. 1891 CC morgan graded ms 61 displays price of 369.60 and 1891 CC morgan top-100 VAM-3 Spitting Eagle graded ms 61 displays no price on cert. number look up?
