What do you think PCGS gave this coin as a grade? I have a large picture to see it clear.

Should I return this coin to PCGS and take them up on this?

For a 1926-S, which are common even in Choice BU grades, this coin in my opinion is pretty lame. I'll guess MS-61. If it is graded higher than that, I'd return it. You should be able to find a much nice coin for not a lot more investment.

Thanks james. it is a PCGS MS64. I felt it was a 62 in hand . I guess I should send it back.

from the picture I would have said 61 and not very good looking.

Sorry Jeff, but it doesn't look like 64 material. 62 at best IMO, closer to a 61.
