Is this Morgan a candidate for conservation by NCS?

It appears there are some residues on the surface of your coin that could result in your piece being a "no grade." I would recommend submitting this coin to NCS to have these residues removed and having your coin in the best state for grading. Assuming there are no other surface problems such as an improper cleaning your coin should grade with NGC after the conservation. Your coin would have to be actually examined to determine for complete certainty how your coin would turn out after conservation.
