Interesting Roosevelt Proof

I obtained this coin recently. What is interesting that it is a rotated die on a proof. Not radical rotated, but rotated non the less. I'm not that familiar with this series; however, the mint mark looks strange to me, maybe upside down?

 

Yes the picture is a little blurry. Did not want to take it out of it's flip.

I sorta surprised that you haven't gotten many responses to this. I can tell you that my (limited) personal experience with early-1980s proofs is that some minor die rotations is fairly common and I doubt it's worth much, if any, premium. If I'm wrong, I've got a rotated 1982 proof nickel for sale!
