Is it worth conserving this????

I would recommend submitting this token for conservation. It is likely the corrosion spots could at least be reduced if not completely removed. It is difficult to determine exactly how successful the conservation may be without actually seeing the coin. At the least, the spots will be reduced and prevented from becoming worse over time.
