Very clean but the strike keeps it from going higher than 65 IMHO

Toughie, like all New Orleans Morgans. I'm gonna guess this one's MS; the reverse is a noticeably better strike than the obverse, and should show more wear if the obverse weakness is circulation wear.

 

Strong 64, I wouldn't be surprised if it was 65.

Just kidding, looks really nice,and an ogh to boot, 63 is about right, but i've seen 64's that were beat up worse than that one.
