Error Find?

This first one I found today is a 1999 cent that appears to be struck through grease, though I suppose it could be another type of error:

This second one I need some help. I've never even seen a 1984 doubled die cent before, but from what the red book says, the ear is doubled. I got this one a few weeks ago and it just looked odd. Is it a doubled ear, or just odd looking?

hi .. .im surprised no one has given a reply but my 2 cents is ... the 99 cent to me it looks like a worn die...

 

the 84 cent .. i dont have one but does not look like a double ear FS-037 picture in the Cherrypickers book
