What's VAM 28A?

Obverse III21– Clashed die with partial G from God on reverse at front of neck. Rotated reverse of 10° CCW caused shift in clash die marks.

 

Reverse C3j– Later die states show polished die with weak area on eagle’s left wing inner side.
