a just slabbed morgan dollar

pcgs ms63 pl 1894-s morgan dollar with an obverse that is dmpl and fully thickly cameoed and pl on the reverse

 

looks like an ms64 coin to me

 

the image barely does justice to the coin

from the photo it does look like it could go either way
