can GSA be sent with other coins under economy

I have three GSA morgans and 2 VAM coins that need to be graded and I was wondering if I can send them all in on the same invoice to make the 5 coin minimum or would I have to send them in early bird at 30 bucks a pop?

GSA coins must be submitted on their own invoice. They also cannot be mixed with none GSA coins to meet a minimum required submitting number for a service.
