Receiving submission results via e-mail

Where on the web page do I find the link to check on my submissions via e-mail? Or do I have to wait until they are mailed to me etc.

Collectors Society members with paid full feature accounts can check the status of their submissions by choosing "My Order Status" from the Coins menu after logging in.

 

We do not automatically email submission results but plan to implement a program to accomplish this in the future.

 

You are always welcome to contact customer service at 1.800.NGC.COIN to check the status of your submissions.

I currently have coins submitted to NGC by the conventional way, i.e. fill out the sheets & send in with coins. These submittals do not show up under my order status as mentioned above. In order for this feature to work, does one have to submit using the electronic method within the Collector's Society?

If you have a paid, full featured account with the Collectors Society, all of your NGC submissions would show up on the tracking screen regardless of whether they were submitted using the online submission form or the traditional paper forms.

 

I will look at your account and see what's happening.
