1995-w Proof Silver Eagle ( Finger Print )

I have a 1995-w Silver Eagle that I can see a minor finger print on the coin within its capsule. ( dooohh ) I would assume this would be a conservation candidate and then off to NGC for grading ??

Your coin does sound like a good candidate for conservation. There are times when a fingerprint can not be removed through professional conservation efforts. A coin such as yours has a high likelihood of the fingerprint being removed. Every coin is different and this is said without actually seeing your coin.
