NGC graded coin needing attribution

how do you send in a coin thats graded by NGC but needs to be attributed with a specific VAM? Do you send them in like a raw coin and just pay the grading fee and tier again? Thanks in advance

Send the coin in the NGC holder on a submission form for special designation, variety plus. The charge is $10 per coin and return shipping. Remember NGC will only attribute VAMs listed in the following references:

 

1878 8TF

1878 7/8TF and B1-Reverse

TOP-100

HOT-50

1879-S Rev of 78

1900 O/CC

1921-S Thorn Head

TOP-50

 

If it is not listed in one of those references then NGC will not attribute the VAM at this time.
