CC Morgan Dollars in GSA Holders

If I send these coins in for grading, are the coins left in their GSA holders or are they removed from the holder and placed in a regular slab? I would rather that they be left in the GSA package.

NGC offers certification for GSA Hoard coins still encapsulated within their hard plastic cases of issue (with black inner core). The coins are wrapped with tamper-evident strap, displaying grade information, and holograms are placed at top and bottom of the holder.

A similar service for soft pack GSA coins is not available.
