Define "Stained" I have yet to hear the Answer from NGC

I HAD a three coin Arkansas Commem set certified by NGC but one got kicked out as Obverse Stained. Does anyone have any explaination of what that means and wether this is a situation where this coin may be "Conserved" to keep it in my MS64 set.I Graded properly that this would be a MS 64 three coin set and poof smile.gif

I am awaiting NCS and NGC explaination and haven't heard anything as of yet and this forum is usually FULL of great experience and Information concerning NGC kickbacks
