1990D Lincoln

2 posts in this topic

I purchased this coin a couple of months ago. It is an NGC slabbed MS68RD 1990D Lincoln.

Does anyone see doubling on both 9's? Possibly on the right of the "1"

What about something that looks like a "D" over "S", at the top half of an "S" anyway?

There also appears to be something above and to the right of the "0"?

The date does look doubled, but it appears to be classic machine doubling, which is to say, not a doubled-die. I'm not sure about the other diagnostics you mentioned....
