The 5c & 20c are too spotted to get a very high grade.

 

The 10c has minor spots - probably limiting it to MS66 max.

 

The 1c looks decent provided the surfaces haven't oxidized.

 

Assuming the catalog value of these coins is <$3, in MS66 I'd guess these coisn wouldn't sell for more than $15-$20. Modern Peru does not do too well sales wise.
