NGC Holder Upgrade

I few months ago, I remember seeing a post relating to an upgraded NGC holder available for top of the line coins. I have some highly rated NGC slabbed coins that are in scratched NGC holders.

 

How do I go about getting these reholdered into better slabs ? What does it cost ?

Reholdering a coin cost $5 plus return postage. The coin or coins must be submitted their own invoice and not with any tier submission, but can be set with other submissions in the same package. There is no different holder for coins of a higher value.
