Think NCS can help these? Looks like active PVC. Found them in soft flips. Thanks in advance.

NCS conservation would likely be able to remove the residues hinding in the legends and devices on both of these coins. Your coins will be better in appearance and better for long-term storage after the conservation. We have had very good success with coins similar to yours. This is all said without actually seeing your coins.
