Is the grade correctly no way... But when I bought it when silver was about $20.00 an ounce so I got it at a very good price. Bobby, you're think of INS which which admitted that its standards were a point or so off from NGC/PCGS. INGS appears to be a modern self slabbing operation. The seller was describing haze on the coins which I do see on the roosie. But the Washie & Frankie look to maybe have some decent toning. I know of two coin shops that are near where I will be living plus I'll be able to visit the Blue Mountian Numismatic Society since thats not far from where I will be staying.
