Here's a decent example of the "BOOBY HEAD" variety of the 1839 Large Cent. My scans make the obverse look a little rough, but in hand it looks pretty good. The scratch below CENT on the reverse helped me to get it for a reasonable amount of money. ;)

Harvey - That 1917- looks like my friend Broadstruck's coin - I wondered

to whom he sold it.

 

I also love that Booby Head Large Cent - one of my favorite designs - nice pick ups every one.

Hello all...recently got a new Lincoln from the 'bay'...it took the seller a few days longer to reply to my email about when it would be sent. When he replied, he said he'd send a bonus coin for the wait...here is what he sent...a 1968s Proof dime..the front looks spotty, but the toning on the reverse makes up for it I think...sorry I couldn't get better pics...still working on that.
