A few came in the mail today.......

 

Took a shot on this one becuase the sellers image of the obverse wasn't good so I was hoping the obverse would look similar to the reverse but it's dark and has prints.....if ever a coin deserved a dip it's this one but hey.....it's certainly original :grin:

I think a 69 would cross over easily, but I'm not too sure if the 70's are given very freely anymore. Not saying this was given freely by ANACS.

That coin would not cross as a 70 to NGC, because they do not cross 70's as far as I'm aware. Also, I don't think it would be worth it to send it into NGC to cross.

Thanks for the help the only reason I asked is that dont really care for there holders

 

If the holder really bugs you then you could go ahead and cross it, but be prepared for it to drop to 69. Either way the distinction between a 69 and a 70 isn't going to change much, even NGC 70s don't seem to get much more than melt.

Heritage. I've had it for about a week or so, just got around to taking a picture. Picture still needs some work. I am going to try a different angle tonight.

what a beautiful coin.

I will leave this one in the old fatty holder because I like them so much (and so much for the pcgs registry booooo meh )
